Eric Clapton did a cover. J.J. Cale wrote the music. Their YouTube video not too long ago topped over 2,000,000 viewings. My approach was to take a well-covered, well-written piece of music and twist it around the way I wanted it to be. The end result taps the sounds of flute and jazz organ, coupled with a strong piano part and some slip-n-slide percussion.
